Tailored Perspectives

One platform. Three lenses.

How VEETALS drives capability growth for everyone in your technology organisation.

Sovereign Teams, Aggregated Trends

You need visibility across dozens of teams without micromanaging them. VEETALS allows you to standardise the assessment framework across your organisation while decentralising the improvement actions to individual team leads.

  • Compare maturity baselines across different assessment models
  • Identify cross-team improvement themes needing immediate attention
  • Track data signal quality, participation rates, and freshness

The Reality Check

Why improvement initiatives fail after the assessment.

Leaders get reports, maturity scores, and survey results, but still struggle to decide what matters, where to focus, and how to keep teams moving.

The Backlog Graveyard

Disconnected Surveys & Audit PDFs

Consultants conduct audits, or send out standard questionnaires. They output static spreadsheet scoreboards or 60-page PDF reports that get filed away in folders.

Retrospective action items are posted on Confluence or dumped in Jira, where they sit behind customer feature backlogs and are quickly forgotten.

The Active Loop

VEETALS: The Improvement Operating System

VEETALS bridges measurement and execution by turning report recommendations directly into assigned, commented, and tracked action items inside a single workflow.

Progress is reviewed via active check-ins and structured follow-up reassessments, creating a continuous improvement cycle that teams own and developers trust.

Why VEETALS

Built from real delivery experience, not theory alone.

We’ve spent decades leading high-growth engineering and product organisations. We built VEETALS because we were tired of "one-and-done" consulting reports that failed to drive actual change.

PRACTITIONER-LED

Designed by former CTOs and VPs of Engineering who understand daily constraints.

EVIDENCE-BASED

Every assessment is mapped to industry benchmarks and proven success patterns.

RESEARCH-BACKED

Assessments are informed by rigorous research, incorporating DORA and OWASP.

We help you determine the right pilot size. In some organisations the pilot may involve a single team. In others, it may involve an entire function. Because pricing is based on setup and support effort rather than pilot size, you can scale the group to match your objectives.
Most pilots complete within 2 to 6 weeks. The platform licence remains active for 1 month (for Essential and Growth packages) or 2 months (for the Strategic package) to allow sufficient time for team onboarding, assessment completion, and action planning.
After the pilot, you receive your assessment results, key recommendations, an improvement roadmap, licensing options, and rollout recommendations. You can then choose to transition to an annual licence or pause and export your action plans.
Not exactly. The pilot is designed to deliver real, immediate value to your teams (validating capability gaps and creating actionable roadmaps) while helping your organisation determine the most effective way to adopt VEETALS more broadly.
We offer three flat-rate pilot packages: the Essential Pilot at £2,000, the Growth Pilot (recommended) at £4,000, and the Strategic Pilot at £8,000. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where legally applicable.
Following a successful pilot, organisations typically transition to an annual licence priced at £90 per user per year. Enterprise volume discounting is available based on user counts and deployment scope.
Yes. While many organisations drive maturity independently using the platform, we offer optional rollout support packages. These include leadership workshops, custom capability model design, facilitated retrospectives, and improvement coaching.
Our pricing is based primarily on enablement, expert advisory, and setup effort rather than pilot population size. This approach allows organisations to select the level of guidance that matches their needs without worrying about per-user costs during validation.
Yes, absolutely. Your assessment data is entirely private to your organisation. We do not sell or share individual team findings. Aggregate metrics are anonymised to support platform benchmarking.
